I haven’t received my order yet
We are sorry to hear that you have not received your order yet. To find out why it was not delivered yet we have to follow a few steps.
Check your address
Please log in to your account, or check the e-mail confirmation of your order, to see if the address you have used is correct. If your order was placed with the wrong address, please contact us as soon as possible so we can figure out a solution.
Is the order completed?
You can check in your account or e-mail box if the order is shipped. If you have ordered a product that is out of stock it might take up to two weeks upon restocking. If you have not received a confirmation of the shipment, your order is probably on backorder. Delivery and transit times start when you receive the shipment confirmation e-mail.
When was the order shipped?
We heavily depend on your local carrier to deliver your parcel in time. Unfortunately we cannot control unforeseen situations like strikes at your local carrier service or at transit airports, heavy weather conditions or if the parcel is held up by customs. Usually an order is delivered within two weeks, but it might be possible that your order is delayed. Please check the date that your order was shipped. If it is less then two weeks ago, please allow it a few more days to arrive.
