How can I track my shipment?

Orders outside the European Union are shipped with tracking, orders within the EU are shipped without tracking. When your order consists of multiple cases, we might upgrade your shipment to tracked even within the EU. If your order was shipped with track and trace, there are two ways to track your shipment.

Logging in to your account

If you made an account during checkout, you can use this to login on our website. If you then navigate to orders and click on the order, there should be a tracking code. If there is no tracking code this can mean two things. Either your order was shipped without tracking code, or your order was not shipped yet. When your order status says ‘Complete’, that means we have shipped it.

Checking your e-mail

When your order is shipped, we will always send you an e-mail. If you haven’t received the mail yet, that means probably your order was not shipped yet. Please remind to check your spam folder if you haven’t received an e-mail at all. Your tracking details are sent with a separate e-mail. If you have received an e-mail that your order was completed but you haven’t got a mail with a tracking link, your order was shipped without tracking.
