Is my order already shipped?

We will always send a shipment confirmation via e-mail. If you haven’t receive any e-mails from us and we did not end up in your spam folder, please contact us. It is possible that you misspelled your e-mail address. If you did receive an order confirmation mail, but no shipment confirmation, your order is probably in backorder.

Using your account to check the order status

If you have made an account during checkout, you can log in to your account and find your order to get the status. If the order says Complete, it is shipped and on it’s way to you. If it says ‘Processing’ or ‘Ready for production’, we have not shipped it yet.

Production times

We work with very strict production times to make sure you receive your product in time. When you place your order before 4 PM Amsterdam time on a work day and we have everything in stock, your order will be shipped the same day. Our production times are:

Monday – Friday between 9 AM and 6 PM (Amsterdam time)

If you order in the weekend, your order will be shipped on monday before end of the day. Please keep in mind that if you have tracked shipping, it might take up to the next morning before the first results pop up in the track and trace.
