When you order before 4 PM Amsterdam time and we have everything in stock, your order will be shipped the same day. When your order is shipped, the delivery times below will apply. Please note that these deliver times are an average. Most of the time, these delivery times are met, but we can never guarantee that your parcel is in time because we depend on a large network of carriers.
Strikes, extreme weather conditions and local holidays
It is possible that local strikes, extreme weather or national holidays delay your shipment. We will always try to inform you if your order is delayed because of local conditions, but we depend on the local carrier for these updates.
